Our Services
We provide professional tree care services in Perth Amboy, NJ and surrounding areas. This includes tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, emergency services, and more. When you request a quote, we will give you a fair estimate based on the work needed. All services are subject to our availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the work is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our capabilities. Your safety and ours always comes first.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless we arrange other terms with you in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If you have concerns about pricing or billing, let us know right away so we can resolve it together.
Property Access and Responsibility
When you hire us, you give us permission to access your property to complete the agreed work. You are responsible for making sure we have clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, lawn furniture, or other items that could be in the way.
If there are underground utilities, buried cables, or irrigation systems in the work area, please let us know before we start. While we take care to avoid damage, you are responsible for marking these features.
Permits and Regulations
Some tree work requires permits from your local municipality. We will let you know if permits are needed for your project. You are responsible for obtaining any required permits unless we agree in writing to handle this for you.
Liability and Insurance
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, tree work can be unpredictable. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property, hidden defects in trees, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (like severe weather).
If something does go wrong, we will work with you to resolve it fairly and professionally.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible. We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions or equipment issues. We will always communicate with you as soon as we know about any changes.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, let us know within 7 days and we will work to make it right. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes related to tree health, growth, or survival, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between us, we believe in talking it through first. Most issues can be resolved with good communication. If we cannot reach an agreement, any disputes will be handled under the laws of New Jersey.
